Located on Rareloom, our family-owned organic U-Pick farm in Tumalo, The Farmhouse has been completely renovated from floor to ceiling in 2026. Every room has been thoughtfully redesigned with all-new furnishings, luxury mattresses and bedding, beautifully appointed bathrooms, and a fully equipped chef's kitchen featuring premium appliances. It combines the warmth and charm of country living with the comfort and quality of a luxury home.

August and September are especially magical at the farm. Guests are invited to collect their own farm-fresh eggs, feed and pet our friendly sheep and goats, and pick seasonal organic vegetables right from the garden when available. Watching kids experience farm life for the first time has quickly become one of our favorite parts of hosting.

One of the best things about Rareloom is that you truly get the best of both worlds. Spend your morning sipping coffee on the deck while watching the farm wake up, enjoy an afternoon swimming in the private pond or relaxing in the hot tub, then head into Bend for dinner—all within about 15 minutes. Although the farm feels peaceful and secluded, you're only about 10 minutes from Costco, Trader Joe's, Target, restaurants, breweries, and shopping, 15 minutes from both downtown Bend and downtown Redmond, and about 20 minutes from Sisters and Redmond Airport.

Inside, the home comfortably accommodates families and groups with three beautifully furnished bedrooms, two full bathrooms, spacious living and dining areas, Smart TVs, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a cozy wood stove for cooler evenings. Every detail was selected to create a comfortable, relaxing place to gather after exploring Central Oregon.

Outside, you'll enjoy your own private retreat. The large deck is perfect for outdoor dining or morning coffee, while the private saltwater hot tub and swimming pond offer the perfect place to unwind after hiking, mountain biking, skiing, golfing, or exploring nearby Smith Rock. The property also features a beautiful wood-fired pizza oven that can be reserved for private pizza nights with a local pizza chef (available by advance arrangement for an additional fee).

Rareloom is a real working farm, and that's part of what makes staying here so special. Depending on the season, you may see gardens being harvested, flowers blooming, vegetables growing, or guests visiting our farm stand and U-Pick during daytime hours. Our friendly farm caretaker is usually around tending the gardens, watering flowers, collecting eggs, and caring for the animals while always respecting guests' privacy.

Because this is an active farm, you may occasionally see tractors, farm equipment, or delivery vehicles during normal daytime hours. We believe these authentic moments are part of the charm and make the experience even more memorable.

For everyone's safety, children should always be supervised outdoors. The property includes a private pond, irrigation canal, and working farm areas. Closed gates, greenhouses, and fenced areas should only be entered with permission or when accompanied by our farm caretaker.
