This home has been completely remodeled and nothing was left untouched or thought about. It is the perfect home base for your vacation exploring everything Central Oregon/Sunriver has to offer. After a day of exploring sit back and relax on the large back patio and enjoy the beautiful views or take a soak in the hot tub.

Great location, great amenities

Located in the South end of Sunriver, nice and quiet but close to the lodge, river, and the village. The house was as advertised, well stocked, and the bonus room was perfect for the kids to hang out in. We had several deer visit us each day which also included fawns. Great selection of games and enough bikes for the whole family. The beds were very comfortable. Brett was so responsive and helpful. We will be back for sure!

Wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful time in Sunriver! The house was perfect. The bikes, hot tub, and sharc passes are a great way to spend time in Sunriver. We did a lot of hiking and running/walking in Bend as well. There are lots of great trails in Bend and Sunriver. There is easy access to Bend, Cascade Lakes highway, and Crater Lake. Fishing in Sunriver and the Cascades was fruitful. We enjoyed a variety of restaurants in Bend. One of our favorite hikes was Smith Rock State Park. Brett was super helpful and easy to communicate with. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Great property within Sunriver

Owner was very communicative and helpful. Bikes were in terrific condition and the whole family enjoyed being able to ride around. House is exactly as photographed and situated nicely between the mall and the marina trails.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Brett’s Sunriver home. The place was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. We wish the air quality would have been better during our visit, but that is what it is. We had a great family time and hope to be back someday. Great week in Sunriver!

We had a great time in Sunriver. We really enjoyed our stay. The house was perfect for us. I really liked the proximity to trails, the available bikes, hot tub, and SHARC passes. The space was fun for us to relax, play games and have fun. The game room near the patio was great as well. Brett was quick to respond with any questions and we would defintely stay again.

Dream Sunriver location

We loved our stay here. This rental had so many thoughtful touches like shampoo, conditioner, paper towels, extra drink fridge in the garage, all of the bikes of all sizes, games, DVDs, couch blankets, hot tub, comfy beds, tons of towels and bedding. The back patio was such a serene place to hang out. We enjoyed an incredible week here.

Great location and home!

This house was so well stocked! Everything you could need was included. The layout was great, and the patio space was perfect. We loved the location. It was an easy 5-minute bike ride to the village, but in a quiet area, with easy access to the river. The homeowner was really welcoming and great with communication about check in and any needs throughout our stay. Highly recommend!

Loved the remodel of this property. This house had many amenities not included in many Sunriver houses including movies, games, etc. They also provide laundry soap, dishwasher tabs, paper towels, shampoo/conditioner and ample toilet paper. I have rented from many rental companies in Sunriver and these things aren’t always included. They have definitely gone the extra mile making sure that their property is comfortable. We enjoyed our family reunion and would highly recommend this property.

Fantastic Home and Owners

We are a multi-generational family and we all thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the house and Sunriver!! Brett is an excellent host; always responded to our questions immediately both before and during our stay (can't say enough great things about his hospitality). The house itself was perfect. We enjoyed the hot tub, game room and of course, the bikes! We cooked all of our meals at the house (5 adults and 4 kids) and the kitchen was very well stocked. The dining room table was perfect for our large family! The beds were all comfy, everyone slept well. The location is perfect- close enough to the Village and SHARC but far enough away that we didn't feel in the thick of things when relaxing at the house. The bike trail is right out the back, which was very convenient! We hope to be back again!

Excellent Stay At A Great Property

Just completed a great stay at this property, 2 families, 4 adults and 4 kids (ages 10-13). We have nothing but good things to say. - Property was spotlessly clean, we arrived right at 4pm and the cleaning crew was just finishing - Hot Tub was very good, modern and great jets - Bonus room (attached to garage) was a real bonus, with two futon beds making it an extra bedroom, huge TV and a high quality Foosball table - Large extendable dining table and plenty of board games - Kitchen is incredibly well stocked, the best I’ve seen in a rented accommodation with all the essentials you need. It’s a little on the small side but was fine for a week. - 2 Main bedrooms both have king beds and - The upstairs bunk bed area (4 beds) was great for kids. With this area and the bonus room this property is a FIVE BEDROOM rental. - Lots of towels (no need to bring your own) - Lots of bikes of all shapes and sizes including a tandem. - Location is about a 7 minute bike ride from the main village and about 4 mins from Meadows Golf course (with restaurants) We highly recommend and will very likely stay again.

The place was perfect. The owner messaged us and checked with us. They had everything someone would need all the way to even a waffle maker. The barbque worked great. The game room was a great idea but we never got a chance because there is so much to do there. Highly recommend this place to everyone, thank you for the great place.

Awesome place!

This is a great house. Very cool design and excellent location in Sunriver. Close to the river and close enough to the village, but not so much that felt the crowds. The owner is very thoughtful and has everything you need. I would definitely stay here again.

Great place

The location was close to everything, the cabin was clean and had lots of the little things you want — games for the kids, nice updates in the kitchen, good linens and soaps, etc. the game room was a hit as we’re the bikes — lots to choose from and we did not need to bring our own which is a big deal for us. Great place, and the owners were super accommodating and kind when we had a request. Would stay here again!!
