Overall a good motel to stay one night! There was a broken light in the room which they were going to refer to maintenance. Bed sheets had some stains.

Room nice. Kinda noisy and could hear people talking all night. Clean and comfy. Staff: I have to divide into two. The gentleman at the front desk was very nice as was the young woman who brought me additional towels. Very pleasant. In fact, I left a gift for the young woman (a scarf) because she was so lovely and kind. The second set of staff were the hotel housekeeper who came to clean my room. She was quite abrupt and made me uncomfortable so I left the room quicker than I would have. The breakfast lady was very uncouth. She was complaining about admin and guests in the middle of the breakfast area to another staff person (who did not look like she wanted to be there). She claimed that hotel did not provide her with enough and that guests were "stealing food for their lunches." As one of those guests who take a yogurt and coffee back with me, it's because I have to take meds with it. I was very offended. In addition the breakfast area was not very clean (being kind). The food was generally cold. Overall, the stay was nice enough. I just think some staff need some hospitality training

Extended my stay until 11/29. Nice enough hotel. Clean room, nice staff, and basic amenities. Noisy, by parkway. Only exterior access with no elevators. Breakfast wasn't varied enough, basic, and lukewarm to cold food (especially eggs)

I rarely leave reviews but had to give a shout out to this place! It was very clean, really seemed as if the room had just been deep cleaned because I didn't see one speck of dust or anything anywhere! Well kept up, everything was in good, working order. Celeste and Daniel were the two staff members I dealt with and they were both so kind and helpful! Enjoyed the variety of breakfast options (scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, bananas, apples, oatmeal, ciobanni yogurt, three kinds of cereal and I feel like I'm still forgetting an option or two!) The location is perfect for quick access to anywhere in Bend! I stayed at the Bend Quality Inn recently for the same price and this was far and away, better!!

Parking was easy, staff was super nice and helpful, room was very clean. Breakfast was delicious, a little cold but there was warm food to replace it soon after. Car noise outside was a bit loud but there’s a bug street next to it, out of their control.
