You’ll love the open-beam great room, the statement fireplace, and the easy flow between gathering spaces—plus the fun extras that turn a good trip into a memorable one: private hot tub, ping pong, inflatable paddleboard, EV charger, and a pinball machine in the garage.

The great room is made for together time—soaring open-beam ceilings, a large fireplace, and plenty of room to spread out while still feeling connected. Movie nights, post-hike lounging, and “one more game” evenings all happen here. The chef’s kitchen is built for real cooking and group hosting. The dining table seats 12, making it easy to keep everyone together for breakfast planning, long dinners, and celebratory meals.

We just returned from an amazing family stay at Caldera Springs and couldn’t be happier with the house we rented. It was the perfect home base for our group of three families (including young kids), and we absolutely loved every minute of it.The house is incredibly spacious and well-laid out, easily accommodating all of us without anyone feeling cramped. The open-concept living areas, multiple bedrooms, and thoughtful layout made it ideal for group gatherings, meals together, and just hanging out. We especially appreciated the modern features throughout—everything felt fresh, high-end, and thoughtfully designed. The luxury fixtures in the kitchen and bathrooms were a highlight; they gave the place a true upscale feel while still being comfortable and family-friendly.The location in Caldera Springs was convenient for everything we wanted to do in the Sunriver area, with easy access to trails, amenities, and outdoor activities. The home itself had plenty of space for the kids to play and for the adults to relax.The only two minor drawbacks were the pool passes, which only granted access to the Quarry pool (which isn’t the most kid-friendly option compared to some of the other pools in the area), and the 10am checkout time, which felt a bit early after a relaxing vacation. These were small things though and didn’t take away from our overall experience.We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this house to other large groups.
