Property is dated and has not been updated…. Shag carpet look old, no pantry and all drawers and cabinets full of pots, pans and dishes …. Absolutely no place to store groceries except on counter. Large tv crammed into small bookcase was hardly useable and no instructions whatsoever how to use the set up wich appeared to be only streaming…. Any tv watching on l,oval channels had to be in bedrooms…. Wi-Fi was terribly weak and could not be used on patio… coffee make did not work as the carafe was too short to allow for it to be dripped into…. Overall just a lot of nickel and dime issues for what appeared to be a nice venue in a special place near Sun River…. We cancelled our 2026 visit and would not recommend it for longer stays like we did for 13 nights

We enjoyed our stay. Home was comfortable, well equipped, clean and in a great quiet and beautiful location in SunRiver. Only 25 minutes to Bachelor too!
