This magnificent 6,500 sq. ft. lodge home with separate guest house and its own private tennis court sits on a sprawling 1.1 acres and is approachable via private gate and drive. While offering the seclusion of a private estate, this home is nestled between the 7th and 8th fairways on the Meadows course, only a few minutes’ walk to the Main Lodge, Sunriver conference facilities, Sage Springs Club & Spa, The Cove, and the Village Mall.

10 Fairway Lane is the perfect home for entertaining. Additional features include:
• Two dining rooms, each with seating for eight – an informal one in the kitchen for casual dining (which has additional seating for 6 along the center island and breakfast nook) and a separate, more formal dining room with a wood-burning stone fireplace.
• Spacious main deck overlooking the 8th green, with seating for 20+ people
• Great room featuring 25-foot vaulted wood-beam ceiling, massive wood-burning stone fireplace, family game table, large flat-screen TV, lodge-style reading chairs, and overstuffed leather sofas.
• Master bedroom downstairs with King bed and large attached bathroom with a soaking tub and dual-head shower
• Two master King ensuites upstairs
• One master Queen ensuite upstairs, featuring wood-burning stone fireplace
• Children's upstairs “bunk room” and sleeping loft, complete with entertainment area, Foosball table, 6 built-in bunk beds, and adjacent bathroom
• An 800 sq. ft. guest cottage, with a King bed and daybed with trundle, a nicely appointed kitchenette – with refrigerator and a dining table that seats four – and entertainment area.

If you need a large place to accommodate a lot of people, this house allows you to do that in a way that allows each group to have their own private space. All the bedrooms feel more like their own private wing of the house, so it’s really the perfect balance of large open great room and kitchen for entertaining and private quarters to escape to when needed.

Still a great place to stay. but at one time it was the premier home in SRO.
