"The front desk was willing and ready to help check us in quickly and the breakfast with its crispy bacon was a pleasant surprise and much better than the Country Inn and Suites we stayed in in Nashville. One complaint, at 5:15a an alarm went off that we couldn’t find, we searched thinking it was in our room. After 15 minutes it went silent but then started again. Turns out It was in the adjacent hotel room. I wanted to pound on the wall! I don’t know if you can add anymore sound deadening to the rooms but that was ridiculous. Still, we would recommend the Microtel in Wheeling’s Highlands. "
