Large garden with private fenced in private pool. We offer a bbq, pizza oven and covered seating under a pergola and outside table and chairs we also have a free standing fire pit for those chilly nights. There is also a trampoline with safety net and a free standing basketball hoop in the garden.

Living room with large corner sofa and chairs, open fire, satellite smart tv, internet connection and double French door leading to the front of the property.

Recently fitted modern Kitchen with built in appliances, American fridge freezer with filtered water and automatic ice maker, oven, hob, microwave and a dishwasher. Kitchen is well stocked with all cooking utensils, pots, pans, crockery, cutlery, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster and kettle. Kitchen offers dining table which seats 8, an open fire with sofa and chair.

There is a small bar area under the stairs.

In the utility room you will find an extra fridge and a washing machine

Having been regular visitors to this area over the past 20 years and getting married here 15 years ago. In 2018 we finally realised our dream and bought our own piece of France. We have been renovating the property for 9 months it’s now a beautiful home that we are very proud of. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do when we visit.

The house was originally one small house with a barn attached. It has now been converted into one large dwelling.
