I liked that it was super close to the beach. More of an older resort. Not a higher end resort as I was expecting. Staff there are RUDE it must be the heat, but they are NOT friendly at all. It’s too quiet there was no music playing until late in the afternoon where a guy was playing outside. They charge for everything. Sun cabanas and 2 chairs are $110 each per day and you can’t go buy your own and put it on their property. You have to be in the public beach if so. Alcoholic drinks like a piña colada is $17 each and you can’t get caught bringing your own in or they ask you to trash it. So don’t get caught with it. Food is also overpriced ($18 for 2 street tacos) but good. Other than that it’s ok I’d pay a bit more to stay somewhere else. It is close and walking distance to all the shops and Dunkin’ Donuts and great restaurants. It feels safe around there.

Room had mold in it when we first got there. You are forced to valet park only. Pay for resort fees but not including beach chairs or umbrellas. The pool area very slippery lots of people falling. Not a place we would ever go back to.

A week in Clearwater

Overall it was a great experience. There are a few pros and cons as always. Check in wasn’t the friendliest, maybe caught at a bad time. A positive to the stay is they do not use key cards, to access throughout the resort and the room utilizes wrist band access. The amenities were convenient for being on the beach. Pricy but that is to be expected. I would have liked access to drinking water throughout the hotel, however it’s a bottle charge any location you visit in the resort. The staff made it a point to never bring outside food or beverage to the pool. Just don’t even think about it. We would stop by after visiting the beach and told repeatedly we needed to bring our stuff upstairs, as the presence of a soft pack cooler is not allowed. Overall, it was a nice stay, conveniently located. Loved the beach access, close to restaurants and shops. It’s a nice place for families or couples looking to get away.

Second time coming back to this property. We love that everything is accommodating for the kids and us. The property is always clean and beautiful. We had a small problem with our shower not drainin& our 4 year old cut his toe on a piece of the metal surrounding the tile flooring in our room, but other than that everything was good.

Amazing hotel- Excellent be location on beach and close to restaurants walking distance. The view is to die for!! Gulf view Valet parking is excellent Pool drinks piña colada all day long!
