"I love the location of this hotel. The free breakfast was good. The pools are decent. The poolside bar had great drinks. My only complaint is they didn’t clean our room fully at all. The mirror was dirty upon arrival. They only gave us one wash cloth. I had to go get wash clothes multiple times because they didn’t not put any back in our room."

"This was our second stay in this hotel.. the bad points were the first time the bathtub had stuff in it that looked like someone had dumped mop water in the tub and did not rinse the debris out.. the second stay was one floor higher and the main complaint would have to have been stains on the king-size bed sheets.. Both rooms had no locks on the bathroom doors.. So Nona had no privacy from the 2 ur old who kept opening the door..The good points were the swimming pools and water slides were a blast.. the food was convenient but a little high priced.. the arcades were great for the 5yr old.. we never did make the movies maybe next time.The distance to Disney was convincing..All in all we will be back.."

"Online pictures are deceiving. Lobby is very nice. Rooms have new vinyl flooring and dresser, hanger, mirror units. However, the age, poor maintenance, and lack of cleanliness of the rooms and building were evident. We rented two rooms. One in Building 2 and the other in Building 3. Concerns included: 1) Long black hair in "made" bed linens upon arrival; 2) sewage smell when using shower and toilet 3) multiple requests for cleaning and restocking room never heeded; 4) slow sink drain; 5) slow toilet flushing; 6) A/C would never cool the room adequately; 7) elevator went out (floor 4); 7) window blind hanging crooked when we arrived and fell when we tried to raise it; 8) coffee pot broken; 9) telephone wouldn't work when trying to call front desk to report problems; 10) Long walk with luggage from office lobby to building 3. NOTE: towels were promptly delivered to room when asked for at front desk. Replacement coffee pot was delivered within an hour when requested by calling front desk from my cell phone."
