rude front office staff, stinky, dirty, bad room selection, bathroom door falling off... Goes on and on.. all for 325 a night? got to be kidding me.... That said, restaurant staff was great, both in bar and for breakfast

I was very disappointed the room was very dirty.. It had stuff splattered on the wall and stuff all over the curtains. The bed had black stains on the bedding and my rug in my room was completely soaked on half of the floor due to the AC so I could not walk to other side of bed.. the bathroom also had a dirty cleaning rag lefted on the counter all wet and when my boyfriend took a shower the drain was clogged and the water was up pass his ankles that he had to stand in... my TV remote would work when it wanted to and also the AC control was not working right.. I was not pleased to have to pay $226 for a room like that.

Had signed up for two queen beds but got only one queen. Promised complementary 2 breakfasts with room but only got vouchers for up to $7.00 per person.

Not free breakfast as advertised-14$ voucher which only fed 2 of 4 guests-food was bland and not made to order twice 2 towels in room for 4 people. No towels at pool(even though we were told there were). When asked maid service staff they said I had to get the towels from my room because they wouldn’t give me any (although they were right on their cart) I explained I had 4 people swimming and only 2 towels in room-they didn’t care. Called front desk they said I had to wait until they came out of dryer. Employee yelled at children for jumping off edge into pool (not In Rowdy way) even though not listed as a pool rule. Maid service people rude, bitter, and inappropriately talking about other employees very openly. Left a very non welcoming environment Chair in room disgustingly dirty. Water damage and peeling wallpaper in brothers room. Overall not worth price we paid. Would rate this a 1 star hotel. Had a much better experience at Americans Best Value Inn down the road for less cost in all areas listed above
