I was very pleased with the room, i had a junior suite and it was impressive. The food was also very good, for every meal there were great options full of flavor. Staying in the winter some things were closed as advertised but the parts that were open were great.

While the staff exhibited a warm and welcoming demeanor, there were notable issues during my stay. Despite room service, the floor remained untidy, necessitating a specific request for cleaning. The hotel is good, very friendly service, Rooms are very big and comfort. The food is good. But (!) There are a lot of (cute but not so clean) cats everywhere, even in the restaurants, go on the tables even when you eating. I have an allergic to cats, so I had a lot of problems every day that’s really Ruined my vacation.
