Between Berry and Poitou, in the Brenne Regional Natural Park and at the end of a small country road, independent holiday home in a beautiful estate with a shared swimming pool (5 x 10 meters) with the owners and another gîte open from mid-May to the end of September (unheated).
The pluses: bed linen, towels, cleaning and heating included in the price On the ground floor: large living room with wood stove (dining room and living room) - equipped kitchen with dining area - bedroom (160 cm bed) with shower and sink - separate toilet.
Upstairs: landing with storage and 2 large bedrooms (4 single beds or 2 180 cm beds) with sloping ceilings with private shower room / toilet and bathroom / toilet.
Private unfenced garden of 2,000 m², private terrace and private parking on the property.
Heating and electricity included in the price.
