The he AC unit was very loud and kept me up all night. I called in maintenance and the worker said it was normal. I’ve stayed here multiple times and know that it was definitely not normal.

The staff were not truly helpful, we asked for luggage storage and an early check in. We were able to have luggage stored but no early check in. Other staff interrupted our check in to speak to the agent (2)Where is professional courtesy when guests are speaking with agents. Check in was slow and very painful. Nice pool, good food

The staff were courteous, but upon check-in, the staff were more interested in strict process rather than customer service. The main reason we selected this hotel was its airport shuttle. Although we confirmed our shuttle on check-in, the hotel shuttle did not run. They called for the shuttle from Hampton Inn; however, we were not able to board the shuttle until 30 minutes after our scheduled time, which made us arrive late at the airport.

the check in was almost an hour the rooms are new but set up like a hospital room. the air conditioner didnt work never delivered the blankets had to go down and get them after 3 calls. the elevator door kept shuting on everyone the slamming them into the other side.

I booked this hotel in anticipation of arriving very early after an overnight flight. I paid for an entire extra night stay so that we could check in immediately upon arrival. I even messaged the hotel ahead of time to inform them of our anticipated arrival time, and was assured that our room would be ready for us. When we arrived at the hotel, the hotel staff seemed unprepared for us. We were told that they had a room, but were uncertain if it was ready and that they had to physically go check to make sure no one was in it. Thankfully no one was in the room- imagine being the unsuspecting guest sleeping and being interrupted because staff is not aware of which rooms are occupied. We arrived to the room, and it contained only one bed (despite us booking a 2 bed room), and smelled very moldy and was very warm. My travel companion went to the front desk to inform them that this was not the type of room we had booked, and to tell them about the smell. I stayed in the room and watched as a staff member dragged a cot into the room, and then poured an air freshener liquid directly into the AC unit and turned it on. The smell became suffocating, and we couldn't stay in the room at all. They had no other rooms available and we had to wait for the afternoon checkin. We were promised a refund, but were told it had to be done through Expedia. I have attempted to contact both the hotel and Expedia regarding this, and have been denied a refund. I would never recommend this hotel.

They put us in a new room and told us there where no side table or desk in the room we said ok but got in room only a bed ! Never gave us a discount on room there should have been and breakfast order it and it took them over a hour to bring it out ! It was not busy when we ordered it gave us a free coffee !

They're doing renovations on 5th floor. At check-in they said the room didn't have a table or desk b/c of those renovations. No problem. There was a bed and a night stand, no other furniture. We were told it had a microwave and fridge, which is what we really needed. Arrived in room and no microwave. They told us they'd bring one. Went to front desk to check on request and they couldn't bring one. They put us in another room and the tv had a blue tint over the screen so they had to come swap out the tv. Not a terrible experience, but definitely not a smooth process. The staff was accommodating, but still not an ideal situation.
