Quiet, but not quite like photos

Although the flooring was newer LVT in the room, the rest of the facility was in disarray. Hot tub not working and black disgusting water in the bottom. Tub attached to pool made it so uninviting, it was skipped, although it was 100+ outside. Ice machine wasn’t working but finally found one that did work by office. Breakfast was ok and typical of complementary.

The property is not what I expected per the reviews. It is in a very desolate area with nothing around. There were strange bugs in our sink which made us nervous about bed bugs. We looked for them in the bed. There were none. Our air conditioning didn’t work but the clerk fixed it. The hotel ended up being pretty full. I would not stay there again but I don’t have a good reason other than bad vibes.

Clean. Convenient. Easy check in. Only issue was that the air conditioner was very noisy. Not easy to figure out how to turn fan down. Finally, turned the system off during the late evening so we could sleep, though this made the room warmer than we like.

The food was terrible. The toilet ran all night. The people upstairs were so loud because they had like eight kids went to breakfast. I’ve never had a meal so disgusting but they really tried hard. There was only two people cooking or even waiting on us at their restaurant.

This is hands down the most awful hotel I’ve stayed in. The room was smelly, broken furniture, stained carpet, dirty walls/doors/floors. The breakfast was average at best especially when the server was cussing and banging around d the place yelling he was quitting. Best Western you need to do something with this place.
