We are located in the Ocean Point section of Fripp Island, where you have easy access to the Ocean Point Pool, Ocean Point Golf Course and Ocean Point Grille. New Haven Village not only offers the beautiful scenery but you will find a beautifully landscaped court yard, an outdoor kitchen that offers BBQ grills, an oceanfront deck with seating and a covered gazebo.

Wake up to a breath of fresh ocean air from the balcony as you watch some of the most beautiful sunrises over the ocean. Sip on a fresh cup of coffee or tea while watching the dolphins frolic, feed and play as fisherman and boaters pass by as they embark on their journey to collect their catch of the day or to just spend a fun day out on the water.

Fripp not only is known for the beautiful beach it is also well known for GOLF, we are located directly across the street from the Ocean Pointe Golf Course, this course offers breathtaking ocean and inlet views. You can play a round of golf or simply stop by the Ocean Pointe Grille and enjoy breakfast or lunch. There is a second course on the island, Ocean Creek Course which is a Davis Love III course and noted by Golf Magazine as a top rated course.

Though we are oceanfront we only have direct beach access during the very low tides, to access the beach just head south until you come to Dolphin Road continue down Dolphin and you will come to many beach access points from both Dolphin and many adjacent roads. There is plenty of golf cart parking spots offered at the beach accesses.

A golf cart can be rented from several rental companies in the area. You can rent a cart online at Beaufortcarts.com, or you can call Island Excursions located at the marina on Fripp Island (843)838-1518, or try We Seeum Rentals at weseeumrentals.com (843)575-5139. Our units designated parking spot has enough room for two cars and a golf cart.

Fripp Island Club cards are available for purchase during peak season for $50.00/week per adults 13 years or older. Kids 12 and under do not need a card. These cards are required for access to all resort amenities, including golf and tennis courses, restaurants and bars, activity center, swimming pools and Camp Fripp. There are five pools, two golf courses, ten tennis courts, bike and walking trails, five restaurants , a kids club designed for youths for ages three all the way to 17 and a full service marina.

The Resort offers many dining options with amenities card access however, if you decide that you do not want to purchase these cards or you just want to take a ride and explore the area you can find many dining options on the road to the mainland as well as in Beaufort…. Beaufort “Queen of the Carolina Sea Islands” and voted the Best Small Southern Town by Southern Living, is small but beautiful, you can find waterfront dining, gifts, accessories, antiques and collectibles. Take a carriage ride through historic Beaufort and listen to the stories while viewing the antebellum mansions.

A few notes about the island - We are club members which means that the Club amenity cards are available for purchase.

***The Fripp Island Club requires amenity cards for you to frequent their amenities. These amenities include golfing, playing tennis, going to the restaurants on Fripp, going to the swimming pools and the fitness room.
The amenity card prices for stays that are 1-4 days are $35 during the summer months and $25 during Fall, Winter and Spring.
The amenity card prices for stays that are 5-8 days are $50 during the summer months and $35 during Fall, Winter and Spring.
If you do want to purchase the amenity cards, the resort will add an additional island fee of 13% to your rental to use their amenities. This will be added to your weekly stay at time of amenity card purchase.
Each guest 13 years or older must carry an amenity card to access the Club's facilities.
There are a few places on Fripp Island that you do not need an amenity card. SpringTide Market is at the front of the island that has a large menu at their deli. From breakfast sandwiches to family BBQ meals, there is a lot to choose from. There is also a deli at the Marina that serves sandwiches and salads. The Fripp Ship and Mango stores are fun to go into for your perfect souvenir. You do not need an amenity card for golf cart, kayak, bike, etc. rentals as there are an abundance of companies who offer rental services that will deliver to you.
