"Francesco and family are superb hosts at this quiet and peaceful paradise just minutes from the city action! We were able to experience all the excitement of Bologna, Modena, Parma and the Motor Valley and still escape back to the pool and amazing views in the evening. Francesco set us up with two amazing dinners at local restaurants that exceeded our experience even in the bigger cities. Groceries and shopping are minutes away as is the train line if you prefer taking into Bologna. Thanks so much for the excellent stay at the end of our Italian adventure!"

"This is a lovely location with beautiful scenery and convenient for visiting the local area. The property was very comfortable with a charming private garden and we loved the pool with its stunning views. "Everything was as described. Mauro and his lovely wife welcomed us when we arrived in the evening. We parked the car inside the gate and they showed us the appartment. It was clean and even nicer than what we seen from the pictures. We were suprised to find the kitchen filled with everything we needed to eat and drink. It was first time for us in this part of Italy. We spent 4 nights in the appartment and during the days we visited the Modena, Maranello and Bologna region. It was very nice to come home in the evening and relax in the appartment. The appartment is located in a friendly an quetly area.If you planning to stay in this region of Italy this is a perfect place to stay. Thank you !"
