We didn’t face street, we faced swimming pool. Very helpful staff. Room was large and well organized.

Desk clerk was very nice, I feel bad for all the scum bags she has to deal with. The room; terrible. The door juggled like it was broken into at one point. The room smelled like cigarettes & mood. NONE of the surfaces were clean, I could still see the cup rings of past visitors. There was an inch of dust behind everything, and the bed was filled with hair & dirt. The baths had mold in a bunch of places as well. Oh, and there were spiders everywhere. I left an hour after I checked in. Not worth the 50$ I had to eat.

Nice stay for reasonable price

Cons: The coffee was sooo weak it was tasteless. Could not drink it. Next time would like real Louisiana coffee.
Hv stayed multiple times at this hotel over the years while visiting family .... before, during and now after completed renovations. The rooms have always been clean, staff welcoming, never had problems or needed help w/room or hotel, included breakfast for the price has been OK. Kids enjoyed the clean pool. Like I said, we've stayed multiple times and will likely come back on next visit.
