This house is full of rustic beach shack charm in a quiet location yet close to everything.

The space
This 1980's architecturally designed beach house is a super comfortable, clean and offers so much... On a secure 800 square meter block with great grass area for the likes of cricket or chilling in the sun whilst reading the news paper. At night take in the stars while sitting around the outdoor fire and talking the night away. Inside has all of the modern luxuries to ensure your stay is a memorable one. Split system heating and cooling along with a central fire place which is great for entertaining. Newly renovated kitchen connects onto central dining area. In Summer, grape vines cover the northern verandah giving shade and in the Winter months let the suns warmth fill the rooms.
