Front desk staff were polite and friendly. Linen staff were so speedy at our extra blanket request they actually beat us back to the room with them from front desk. Breakfast was tasty, more seating needed as was very busy. Room was very clean, minor drywall and baseboard trim damages but overall fine- non smoking room slightly smelled of smoke when we first entered but window open and air circulation made it ok and that was clearly last tenant causing issue not hotel. We would definitely stay here again and recommend the location and hotel.

Was greeted warmly with a smile by both employees and that was really nice - don’t see this much nowadays - both got up and were eager to help - room itself was clean - beds were really comfortable in my opinion - the bathroom needs updating and a bit more attention from cleaning staff but nothing really dirty but shower pressure was good water was hot and had enough toilet paper - the staff checking me in were great - seriously kudos to both!

The AC unit on the window didn't make much of a difference in cooling the room as it still felt very humid overnight, even with it turned to maximum. The shower also didn't have an inner liner on the curtain so water got on the floor every time we showered. Aside from that it was a nice stay.
