Economical stays

Started off with no elevator and room on the second floor. The heat was on in the room, that might not sound bad, but it was 32C (89F) outside and hotter with the heat index. No way to fill a water bottle, but could have filled it with ice and waited for it to melt. The front desk staff was awesome and gave me a bottle of water from their stash. The breakfast staff was perturbed that I dare to disturb her to ask the ingredients in the hot Breakfast. Both the eggs and sausage contained wheat, which shouldn’t be part of those foods unless they are of very low quality. It was extremely cheap room and I got what I paid for. There are other hotels at the same exit - I will pick a different one next time.

The beds were very comfy but there were some stained on the sheets and not very white anymore. We also had ants crawling around our room. The pool was great for the kids and breakfast was good. Staff was quick and helpful too.

This hotel stay was terrible. The room directly above us the toilet flooded, the hotel staff at the front desk neglected to deal with this matter for almost an hour and water started flooding into our room, through the bathroom fan, down the bathroom wall and even across the room through the patio door. We spoke to the guy who's room flooded and he had about 2 inches of water on the entire room floor. Front desk staff didn't call anyone right away to deal with this and it just kept flooding for an hour. We had to change rooms, buy some new toiletry items because water from the flooding toilet dripped all over the bathroom counter onto our stuff. The new room they put us in the patio door didn't lock which we had to call maintenance to fix as well. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else. The hotel claims to be newly renovated but the tub was stained with rust, the caulking around the tub was peeling off and was black in colour. Its a disaster. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else. The bedding had stains and were dirty as well.
