The rating for the restaurant was rated as #3 in Collingwood. I would rate it as lower than #10. Pre made meals, no brunch or breakfast offered during week. Waterslide was not working.

Checking in took about 45 minutes because long waiting line. Room was very difficult to find (elevator, hallway, stairs, hallway and then another elevator). The only windows is just a few meters away from the 3 big garbage containers, full to the brim with birds eating from it. At lease 5 fruit flies in the room. No streaming available (Netflix, Prime, Disney, etc). Outdoor pool is not on site and only limited guest are allowed.

This was our second stay at this hotel. Last stay we gave them a pass on the lack of some services/amenities as they were doing renovations. This stay we were in the new section of the hotel but you have to go outside or use inside stairs to access the older part of the hotel where the front desk/restaurant/pool/spa etc are.Not handy for seniors or handicapped. We both woke up with multiple little red bug bite marks on us. We wont be back to this hotel.

The check-in process itself was fairly easy. It wasn’t until after I got to the room, though that I realized that I was short, changed a certificate for the spa that I was promised on the phone when booking. When originally talking to the lady on the phone when I booked, I was told that I would get a $75 voucher for the aqua path Which I was very excited about and based my decision largely off of that value. When I questioned the front desk about this, they said that there was no such promotion and that they could not honour that. They did mention that there was another promotion that had recently ended, but that they could not honour that either. Instead of the $75 like originally promised all they were able to give me was a $10 voucher. Overall, the place is very nice, but this was quite a disappointing way to start off. On the spa side, the aqua path was a very nice experience and the staff was super helpful and kind.

You can everything..Kids and adults running up and down the halls..Talking in the next room through the walls..You can hear ppl talking outside when windows and door is shut .. They need get new furniture not very comfortable you sink when you sit in the couch..The amount of money you pay a night they still expect you to pay for tolite paper if you run out or if you need more towels or even you would like house keeping ..When inwent looking for a coffee cup i couldnt find then then i looked in the dishwasher and all of the dishes were still in there..Not sure if they expected us to do thier job and put rhem away or not but we did not..If you wanted light you had to put a card in the slot at the door for lights to work thought we were on a cruise ship not a expensive hotel room..

Global good but for the price I think you can be better. Not proper clean, some insect in the room, to book appointements online very hard . You pay much money but nothing is free only The swimming pool and even here there are time restrictions. For this price things were supposed to be wow but didn't have that effect. I was a few minutes late for the massage because I had trouble closing my locker, and the masseuse, who was not even courteous, told us we were late and didn't wait another 05 seconds, if only out of kindness.

Cant say much about the hotel itself. Definitely needs some real upgrades, the rooms looked like half-assed renos. Like putting lipstick on a pig. Was expecting a "suite', and we got a room with a kitchenette 1 foot away from the bed. We couks have literally made pipcorn in bed for our movie. The bathroom sink was smaller than a gas station sink. The stand up shower didnt have a shower curtain long enough to keep the water inside the stall and it wasnt wide enough to even keep closed. Overall very disappointed with the room not to mention we had kids knocking on our door and running away when we had a DND sign up. A We had a room joined to ours by a door which was never communicated to us when acquiring the room I had high expectations for this place but was sadly disappointed. Wont stay here again, but i would definitely book at the spa.

Didn't find staff to be overly helpful- most were on their phones when not assisting customers ( noticed this at reception, housekeeping in the hallway, lifeguard!!!), room was good, liked the balcony. Very quiet resort. Hot tub was nice.

Room had a great view of lake! I believe we ended up in an accessible room which normally not a big deal but lack of bathroom storage space was a bit odd. The shower also had no threshold and water did leech out into the bathroom. Rest of room was very nice!
