A recepcionista Ana foi muito prestativa e atenciosa. A limpeza e arrumação do quarto só ocorreu no primeiro dia. E ainda retiraram o chuveiro que funcionava e trocaram por um que não esquentava antes de voltarmos para dormir no segundo dia. Total desrespeito!
