First floor
- Bedrooms 1 and 2: One queen-size bed (160x200)
- Bedroom 3: Two bunk beds (sleeps 4)

Outside :
- 540 m² of enclosed, shared, south-facing garden
- A 20m² west-facing terrace with furniture to enjoy the sunny days
- A shared petanque area

The house is ideally located in Barneville-Carteret, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

- Admire the panorama from the Carteret lighthouse during night-time visits: a magical experience between the starry sky and the ocean.
- Follow the customs path to the Hatainville dunes: a favourite walk between sea, moors and cliffs.
- Set sail for Jersey or Guernsey from the port of Carteret: an island getaway accessible by sea shuttle.
- Take advantage of the water-based activities on the main beaches: surfing, sand yachting, paragliding or relaxing at sunset.

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's designated parking space. You can also park in the street in front of the property.
