The Space:
Welcome to this 70 m2 spacious apartment in a building located just a few steps from Gran Via de les Corts Catalanes. Barcelona’s iconic Eixample is a must-see for art and culture enthusiasts, since it houses some of the city’s most famous landmarks and museums.
This apartment has a comfortable living room with a dining table, opened to a bright balcony, ideal for sunny days in Barcelona!
The apartment can accommodate up to 5 people and is divided into two bedrooms:

The Neighborhood:
The Esquerra de l’Eixample, or Left of Extension in Catalan, is separated into two sections: old and modern, which is where Entença is located. The style of Old Left Eixample is largely Neo-Romanesque, and visitors are encouraged to take a stroll through the neighborhood to observe the wonderful architecture. The Universitat de Barcelona and the Plaça de la Universitat, both of which are only a few minutes’ walk from the flat, are good instances of this. They will also come across The Mercat de Sant Antoni, the Ninot, where they may purchase some goods. New Left Eixample was built in the 1930s and is more of a Monderisme style. Close by are the Casa Batlló, the Escola Industrial, the Modelo Prison, and the Escorxador Slaughterhouses. These structures, on the other hand, were built before the neighborhood was even conceived.
Getting Around:
The closest metro station is Rocafort (Line 1).
The quickest way to go to the airport would be taking the bus "Aerobus" at Plaça España. The cost is around 4.5€

- Since 2012 the Catalan administration requires that every guest staying in a hotel room or renting an apartment in Catalunya contributes with a small fee of 6.25€ per guest (over 17 years old) per night up to a maximum of 7 nights. This cost IS NOT included on your reservation.

Mold, ants, and roaches
The Pros: Good location, easy check-in, keyless entry, property manager at least responsive.Cons: Major mold issue in bathroom that I think affected our breathing. Had to argue with the cleaning crew to get an extra blanket. Ant infestation; had to put any food in fridge or freezer otherwise it'd be swarmed. Massive cockroaches in bath. Asked to move to another property without pest infestation, told they'd "alert the cleaning crew" which was pretty much their response to everything. We were there for 3 weeks (family of 4) and it took us a week of asking daily for a foldable clothesline to dry laundry before we had any luck.

This was an amazing, the location is close to everything and the owner is very lovely. 100% recommended for another stay, owner was even nice to extend our check out as we had a delayed flight. Would definitely stay here again :)

We had a fabulous stay in Barcelona. The apartment was perfect for my family of different ages. Lots of room. Clean and nice. All as advertised. It was wonderful location and easy to get to all the sites in Barcelona. Highly recommend.

Robbed and no AC
Place has no AC, you can leave the windows open but the street noise and the noise from the other apartment is brutal. STAYED FOR A WEEK AND GOT NO SLEEP. On top of that they use a web based entry system, no keys. Well we were robbed of both our computers and some jewelry. The owners say no record of any entry?? And on top of this the security cameras don't work. They are thinking about fixing them after our experiences.

Es war super ich wollte früher in die wohnung und durch absprache mit dem Host durfte ich früher in dir Wohnung. Wir haben die wohnung sehr sauber aufgefunden und auch von der lage her war es perfekt. Zu fuss bis zur stadt waren es 20 minuten weg. Ansonsten gab es noch vor dem block ein supermarkt.

Les procédures sont très compliquées malgré que j’ai l’enregistrement en ligne, il fallait appeler le service pour y accéder à l’appartement pour chaque entrée.
Les lits ne sont pas confortables, bruits de voisinage.
