Barcelona has become a city where the hotel are really too expensive... and most of the time the quality/price ratio is really not ok, I have to say. H-Regas, is still expensive for the the quality, but is definitely one of the best recent experience in Barcelona!

Didn't use much of air conditioner because of weather. The hotel is in a good location in Barcelona, we walked to a lot of attractions. The staffs are very friendly, not only gave us the Barcelona map and also pointed some attractions on the map.

Segunda vez nesse hotel. É um hotel simples, mas com custo muito bom considerando a localização. Não tem praticamente nenhuma comodidade além do quarto em si, sem restaurante, serviço de quarto, bar, nada. E dessa vez estavam reformando, então pior ainda. Nem gelo eles tinham disponível, e o quarto não tem frigobar. O quarto era razoável, cama boa, smart TV, chuveiro bom (mas molha todo o banheiro). O ponto negativo é o ar condicionado, que só tem duas posições, ligado/desligado, e é fraquíssimo, mal dando conta de um dia que nem está no auge do verão. Não sei se a reforma vai resolver, mas isso me fez cancelar uma reserva futura, Da primeira vez foi melhor, mas era outono. A equipe de funcionários não fala inglês, nem é muito atenciosa, com exceção do senhor que fica durante a noite, que é um cara fantástico, gente boa, bom de conversa, e realmente tenta ajudar. Talvez ele melhore depois da reforma, mas provavelmente vai subir os preços, e aí o custo benefício não será o mesmo. Posso dizer que se o ar condicionado funcionasse e tivesse um frigobar, ou ao menos gelo, e mantivesse a faixa de preço, seria uma das melhores opções na região.

O Hotel é bem localizado e o quarto é bom. A cama é imensa e macia e o banheiro é grande e limpo. A única coisa é que o quarto não tem armários nem frigobar, o que dificulta um pouco a estadia. Além disto, o Hotel está todo em reforma e não é possível usufruir de nada alem do quarto e a recepção. Acredito que a informação de reforma deve vir antes da reserva, para que não haja surpresas. Tem estacionamento, que é bom, e os funcionários foram prestativos.

The hotel is currently under renovation and my review reflects that status. It might be great and I wouldn't have left a poor review if I'd known it was going to be under reservation when I made my booking, but only discovered this when I walked into the noise filled lobby. My room itself was fine and there was no construction on the weekend, though I will note that (like many hotels in old buildings) the noise insulation was poor. Location was great and the staff were kind.

A equipe foi bem receptiva, eles não falavam nosso idioma porém se dispõe a usar o tradutor a todo momento, não tivemos a opção de fazer o check-in flexível pois todos os quartos estavam ocupado. Porém ele guardou as nossas malas até o nosso quarto está liberado. Ficamos uns 40 minutos das ruas principais de Barcelona, mas os arredores é tudo tranquilo e bem bonito, fizemos todos os passeios a pé. O quarto é super confortável e o prédio está em reforma buscando melhorias.
