Everything was perfect. Property was super clean, staff were super friendly, and the area was absolutely great. Only possible disadvantage is the size being on the tinier side, but besides that, a 10/10 experience.

Easy check in and very clean!

Was really nice and easy to check in and out. The hotel is located right next to diagonal so it's very easy to get around by walking or the metro! The economy room was slightly smaller than it appeared online which we were a bit shocked by but the shower was a lovely big size and the bed was really comfy! Will definitely stay again

The room felt definitely smaller than advertised, we purposely did not choose the smallest room but it looked very much like the smallest room on offer. Luggage storage and door codes are convenient, but a restroom outside hotel rooms would have been a good idea.

The perfect little spot in the heart of Gracia. Amazing coffee, restaurants and the local hangout, Plaza de la vila de Gracia, only minutes away. The rooms are modern and clean, the staff are friendly and the access codes and facilities are accommodating and easy to use. The rooftop terrace is the perfect spot for an early morning coffee or to hang out before going for dinner. ¡Mucho gracias, la Casa Bella!

Our stay at Casa Bella was great. The bathroom could use a bit more detailed cleaning, but the overall property was clean and tidy. There was one night where the number lock pad for our unit was not working and it was stressful after a long day to not be able to get into our room. Luckily, the staff on the emergency line was able to help and we got it successfully. The hotel is also located in a great area near shopping, restaurants, cafes and public transportation. Thank you for having us!

The rooms are a lot smaller than they appear in the photos. We had a loft room with 2 couples in it and we were not comfortable. There was not enough space to open our luggage and be able to move around. The room was dusty and crammed and hot. We could not wait to leave. It may not have been as bad if there were only 2 of us but I would not recommend or advertise the space for 4 people. The location was central and easy walking. The staff is only around for a couple hours a day, most of the time the front desk was empty.
