Clean room with all the bits that you need for a comfortable stay. The main reason I gave it 4 instead of 5 is that the black out curtains in my room didn’t fit the window, and with the constant lighting outside in the courtyard, it wasn’t very dark in the room.

The staff was very helpful. The room was comfortable and clean. The location is great. We walked to the Basilica in about half an hour and were a ten minute walk from the luxury shopping district. I would consider staying there again.

Excellent locatiQuiet, clean and comfortable stay

Front desk staff were attentive and friendly. They held our luggage for us when we arrived at 6:45 a.m. The breakfast buffet is an excellent value for €16 with allergens listed and many options for special dietary needs. The woman running the buffet even toasted gluten free bread for me in the kitchen, which was very accommodating. The hotel is great area with easy walking and public transport options around the city. The hotel is exceptionally clean and QUIET. The beds in our room for comfortable and we were able to control our temperature to stay cool during a hot and humid August night. The only improvement would be the quality of the pull out bed. This mattress is very thin and not suited for anyone other than a small child. I would absolutely stay here again.
