250 meters from the beach, shops, beautiful villa labeled 3 stars with walled garden, south facing terrace (BBQ, deckchairs, parasol ...). Spacious and bright living room (45m2), fully equipped open kitchen. Comfortable lounge (WIFI). 2 double rooms 140/190, a room with 2 twin beds (80/200), 2 bathrooms (showers), 2 separate toilets, entrance. Car park. You will appreciate the quiet sunny garden, the proximity of the beach by footpath safely for children, the sailing club and yachting nearby. You can go to the village on foot or by bike to do your shopping and enjoy the various activities of the summer.
The most of the house:
Each room has new bedding and a closet.
Access to the sea is via a small secure path that crosses the dunes to access the beautiful sandy beach of the red cross.

Jolie maison de vacances, bien aménagée et équipée. Elle est proche de la plage de la Croix Rouge et à quelques encablures du petit centre de Barbatre. Idéale pour 6 personnes. Nous avons été accueillis très gentiment par les propriétaires qui nous attendaient malgré un contretemps de notre côté.

Wiederholungsurlaub mit Überraschungen

Nachdem wir im vergangenen Jahr in diesem Haus einen Traumurlaub verbrachten, kamen wir dieses Jahr ein länger nicht gereinigtes Haus mit Schimmelbefall im WC - richtig drin im Ring und trotz Bitte kein Austausch, Wasserflecken im Schlafraum etc. Auf unsere Bitte, hier hygienisch aktiv zu werden ind einen neuen Toilet

Tout aurai été très bien si le ménage avait été fait avant notre arrivée. Quelques instruments pour utiliser le BBQ auraient été les bienvenus.

Très bon séjour

La maison est spacieuse, agréable, très fonctionnelle et bien placée (10 mn à pied des premiers commerces, 5 mn à pied de la plage par la pinède), dans une rue calme. La partie terrasse est très agréable - le jardin derrière la maison un peu moins, car avec vue directe des voisins. La communication avec les propriétaires et les personnes chargée de l'entrée/sortie est très fluide. Si j'avais une toute petite suggestion à faire, ce serait de prévoir un peu plus de couverts de cuisine et peut-être deux ou trois autres transats. En tout cas, je relouerai sans hésiter !

Tolles Haus mit Garten mit kurzem Weg zu kinderfreundlichem Strand

Tolles Haus, alles da, was man braucht. Die Lage ist ruhig und mit kurzem Spaziergang ist man am Strand und auch beim Bäcker und Markt. Der Supermarkt ist im Ort, aber eher Fahrrad oder Autoentfernung. Fahrräder kann man im Ort ausleihen. Die Insel ist zauberhaft und der Strand auch bei Ebbe und Flut komplett nutzbar. Ein toller Urlaub.
