In our 3-unit house, we rent this T4 ground-floor apartment with garden and terrace. The apartment is comfortable, the kitchen is fully equipped, and the bedding is very recent and in perfect condition. The apartment is available all year round.

The location makes our apartment attractive for those who appreciate peace and quiet and the possibility of being at the beach in less than a minute. Parasols and 8 deckchairs at your disposal. Barbecues available.

Bedroom 3: 4 single beds 90 x 200. Living room. 1 BZ.140 x190. 10 people max.
IMPORTANT:
The bedding is protected by 2aleses, we ask each traveler to install his bedding in the following way, put :
-disposable undersheet (available in the apartment)
-fitted sheet you bring with you
-the comforter cover you bring with you
-disposable pillowcase (available in the apartment) + pillowcase you bring with you.
