appartement difficile d acces,escalier tres raide le menage n avait pas ete fait presence de moucherons partout,une forte odeur de tabac,la douche et les toilettes sont isolees par 1rideau .deconseille

Petit logement très simple mais idéal pour 2 personnes et ok chien! Dans les hauteurs entre St Florent et Bastia. Environnement paisible. Terrasse agréable. Stationnement à quelques pas de l'appartement. Jacques est un très bon hote disponible et reactif. Excellent rapport qualité/prix.

Kleine Ferienwohnung inmitten des Zentrum eines alten Dorfes. Lage ideal zum Erkunden der Umgebung. Gute Ausstattung, alles da, was man braucht. Parksituation schwierig.

Excellent rapport qualité/prix, super vue et localisation pour visiter la région

J'ai trouvé la localisation de l'appartement parfaite pour rayonner en voiture sur Bastia (20min), Saint-Florent (10min), les villages du Nebbio et le début du Cap Corse. Et cela à un prix très attractif comparé aux prix de Bastia par exemple. Le village est très calme ce qui permet de faire de bonnes nuits. J'ai adoré la vue sur la montagne depuis la terrasse. Et, depuis l'intérieur, sur le vert des platanes (en mai, on ne voit pas très bien la mer derrière). J'ai toujours eu une place pour me garer le long de la route. Le WiFi, le lave-linge, la grande télé, le chauffage et équipements de cuisine ont très bien marché. L'appartement était parfait pour une personne (si vous êtes plusieurs et pudiques, notez juste que les toilettes sont séparées du salon par un simple rideau). Mais surtout, sachez que Jacques, la personne qui m'a accueillie à mon arrivée, a fait preuve d'une extrême disponibilité, gentillesse et serviabilité et a été très à l'écoute de mes demandes et de ce qui pourrait être amélioré. N'hésitez pas à l'appeler si quelque chose manque ou ne vous convient pas. Il y avait effectivement une odeur de cigarette dans l'appartement quand j'y suis arrivée (comme souligné par un précédent locataire) mais nous avons, a priori, identifié son origine (un attrape-rêve accroché au mur de la chambre qui semblait avoir emmagasiné l'odeur). Ça sentait déjà moins en le sortant et tout le reste était nickel (aucune odeur sur le canapé ou les draps par exemple).

A fuir

Appartement à fuir car imprégné d'odeur de cigarettes. Le ménage n'avait pas été fait lors de notre arrivée. La vaisselle était sale et imprégnée de fumée de cigarettes. Les escaliers pour monter à l'appartement sont dangereux et sans protection. Non conformité électrique. Les fils électriques du chauffe eau sont apparents et le chauffe eau est à côté de la douche! L'appartement n'a de moderne que le nom, l'espace douche/WC n'est séparé de la pièce de vie que par un rideau. Les gens du coin ne sont pas surpris des conditions que nous avons trouvé. Je ne comprends pas les avis positifs

Kleine Wohnung in schöner Lage

Die Wohnung war ungefähr so wie auf den Bildern und so wie beschrieben. Der Balkon lädt zum gemütlichen Essen bei Sonnenuntergang ein. Die Lage ist ruhig und man kommt relativ schnell an die Ost- und Westküste. An sich waren wir zufrieden bis auf die Sauberkeit der Wohnung. Die Bettwäsche waren schmutzig und ungewaschen und auch die Küche (Kühlschrank, Ablagen) waren nicht geputzt. Da uns Sauberkeit wichtig ist leider nur drei Sterne, aber ansonsten ein schöner Aufenthalt!

Séjour très agréable. Emplacement idéal pour découvrir le nord de la corse (15-20min de Bastia et saint Florent). Logement en hauteur qui permet d avoir un peu de fraîcheur le soir et le matin (la climatisation fait le reste). Très bien pour deux personnes.

Une location inattendue

Séjour agréable à Barbaggio dans cette location, voisinage très sympathique, le restaurant l’Alivu juste à côté est parfait ! Il manque cependant une table et chaises plus confortables pour l’extérieur. Pas de machine à café Senseo comme indiquée sur l’annonce (mes capsules achetées inutilisables) et pas de vue sur mer. Propreté des placards moyenne. Difficile d’accès pour les gros véhicules et pas de parking devant la location. Sinon globalement ce fût un excellent séjour .
