property needs to make it much more easier to navigate between the three Indoor Water parks when taking the skywalk. Maps aren't that great and maybe change the color of walls and carpet when going through to a certain water park.

3 nights at the Wilderness resort was the perfect amount of time. The two room deluxe was the right size with plenty of room to relax. Be prepared to walk to get to the water parks but it is all connected through indoor walkways and they have a shuttle if you prepare. I recommend brining a FireStick for the TV if you want to stream channels.

First Dells trip and it was perfect!

We absolutely loved the unit and the in unit laundry was a lifesaver! The location was great for access to all the water parks. We had an issue with dirty linens and the property was responsive to correcting and cleaning. Definitely recommend booking this unit!

We go here every spring break and are familiar with all the activities and amenities, just with the staff would be trained more on there own offerings before automatically jumping to “we don offer that here” as answer. We do stay on the Wyndham end, room was not as clean as I feel it should be and found some stuff that makes me feel like the focus has shifted from quality to quantity.

The Vrbo app was excellent along with the host had no problems there. Our issues were with Glaciar Canyon hotel itself. We have been there many times and usually a pretty good experience. We kinda feel they slacked a bit this time around. The front desk didnt really direct you to your room as well as they should and we met alot of people in the hall trying to find there way around as well. Also had a bad pot smell in the room and called the desk and it just seamed brush it off. Said they would have someonecome spray something never did. The shops are way overpriced for necessity items, so bring anything you think you will need.

We were in a handicap accessible room with two bedrooms. The jacuzzi tub was a big hit with my youngest. There was plenty of space to spread out and have privacy. We lived having the kitchen with simple tools to cook. The washer and dryer was great also.
