This is a great hotel as other 5 star hotels but different and in a unique category with its calmness, beautiful gardens and excellent design. We loved it and would stay there again. There are many great hotels but this stod out as being different while meeting all expectations. This is what we look for when on vacation.

La chambre était dans la résidence au bout de l'hôtel et il a fallu payer 2350 baths pour une chambre correvt. La caution du coup n'a pas été suffisante, et après avoir dîner avec notre fils à leur restaurant nous avons eu droit à un message pour aller augmenter notre caution. Nous partirions le lendemain ! !! Jamais vu! Je pense que lechef du check in n'est pas au niveau d'un hôtel d. Il nous avait proposé 69 euros pour nous faire entrer un peu avant 14 h... Du coup nous avons mangé au Carlton.

We are overwhelmed by how incredible our entire experience was! The service was beyond anything I expected — every single staff member was warm, attentive, and genuinely caring. The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful, and you can feel the pride they take in keeping everything perfect. At the club checkout, the staff — including a manager — heard that my husband had been sick and immediately offered him refreshments to take with us in hopes he would feel better. That level of kindness and thoughtfulness truly meant so much. A special shout-out to Victor, the doorman in our building. He was so kind, helpful, and welcoming every time we saw him. Truly such a pleasure! We couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Highly, highly recommend! ✨

Tucked away, the Sukhothai Bangkok is a respite from the city. It has such quiet elegance, timeless modern Thai design, kind and helpful staff. Having not stayed there in many years, it is great to know that is is better than I remembered. Be sure and eat at both restaurants, enjoy the pool and sadly we did not have time to get to the spa. Always a next time!
