The hotel is very conveniently located to transportation, restaurants, shopping & entertainment, but despite being surrounded by so much it is a fairly quiet accommodation. The staff was cordial and pleasant. The building is unique, and with an enchanting garden pool. I was very impressed with the amount of signed original artworks on the walls throughout. It is very dated and could be better maintained, but it’s still charming and most economical. Those of high expectations I recommend looking elsewhere. I highly recommend The Rose to those reasonable and pragmatic! I hope the opportunity to stay again. Khob khun krub!

The building is a little oasis in the concrete city close to sela deng BTS station. Did I mention they have an outside pool opens till 7pm great for the heat. Close to the Patpong night market where all the good craziness happens. Very good value for money

Terrible experience at a hotel stay. Very outdated property. Poor condition of everything. No AC in the building. AC unit in the hotel room an old and not working very well. They also charge 200 Thai baht for a new room key if you accidentally lose one. The worst Hôtel experience ever.

Great pool even if I wasn’t close to it

The pool is wonderful and by far the best feature of this hotel. I made a special request via hotel.com to be in a room as close to the pool as possible—-and the hotel put me in a room on the fifth (top) floor which was as far from the pool as possible!

Would definitely recommend this hotel, the pool was a welcome site each afternoon but it closes at 7pm which is a little early. The rooms are clean and spacious. Close to San Yam rail. Would definitely stay again
