Honestly for the price the hotel is perfect. Most notably there is an atm in the lobby, Lek massage which is one of the best massage chains in Bangkok, very decent breakfast, a shuttle to the sky train, a convenience store on the property, great restaurants in the area, etc.

The staff was very friendly. Answered any questions i may have had. The room was cleaned daily, which was great. There were plenty of shops nearby i was able to walk to. The pool and gym was also nice and clean.

Avoid room 105

Avoid room 105. No hot water in the shower, so i had to take a cold shower upon arrival. The hairdryer stopped working while my hair was half dry. Theres no soundproof whatsoever. They provide earplugs but you can still hear through the earplugs. No phone to the front. Oh, the creme de la creme, i woke up from the sound of the toilet bubbling up for god knows what reason.

Good location Great priced accommodation the rooms all have wash g machines except the studio room Great base for seeing Bangkok and central to most areas Rooms are spacious and well equipped The deposit isn’t to expensive either Have stayed several times and has always been good value well maintained accommodation

Rooms need a bit of looking after - though there was a letter in the room saying they are working on this. Reception checked me into the wrong room and tried to ask me to change rooms at 22:30, after showing me yet another room I didn’t book (no balcony lower floor, I booked studio panoramic with a balcony)I politely declined moving rooms. I selected the ‘pay at property’ option, but the hotel directly took the money from my card the day before I arrived. Expedia confirmed this, they should not provide the option at checkout if it is not possible to pay at the hotel. Reception did try to rectify this by allowing a payment in cash and a card refund, but the refund would take 10/14 days and they weren’t able to provide me with any receipts of yet more cash being left at reception for payment or a refund receipt for the card transaction. Location is pretty good, rooms are large. Bathrooms are good.

Lovely stay

Was a wonderful hotel to stay at. Very clean with all the amenities you need. Pai at front desk was very helpful and helped us get bus tickets to our next location. Breakfast was excellent, could not have been better, with a friendly happy staff greeting you every morning.
