Rooms are simple but fine for an airport hotel. Room Amenities are very basic. Bar was great and feature good cocktails and good service. Be aware to reserve shuttle in advance or you can hear it’s fully booked.

The hotel checkin/out personnel were efficient. The room met all the requirements for a transit hotel. I usually stay at the airport Hyatt hotel, but wanted to try an alternative because I felt I was being taken advantage of. Park Nine was excellent, except for its shuttle service. The shuttle van failed in all respects. Aside from it being a scramble to get the shuttle at the airport, the person who was supervising was rude and abrasive demanding to see my reservation. Where did he think I was going with a large suitcase? There are only 8-9 seats available, so it is likely that in peak season, you may not have a seat. Be prepared. Watching the panic of some guests as they tried to leave for the airport and could not get on the shuttle was enough to have me cancel my plans to stay again on my upcoming transit. Airport hotels that target transit passengers should have a proper shuttle service. If the hotel ever organizes its shuttle service I will consider staying again. Until then, I do not need the stress of the shuttle.
