Our stay at Key Premier was lovely. Modern facilities, very clean, comfortable bed, great shower, attentive staff. The area is very busy, intense, and full of tourists especially at night if that's what you're into. Maybe not the best area for families because of the street night life. Small but functional gym. Only feedback would be to include cleaning wipes/spray for the gym equipment for better hygiene.

The staff were friendly and incredibly helpful with everything from ordering taxis when Rideshare apps were down, to reheating leftovers. The room was clean and spacious. Hotel is located close to Nana BTS, restaurants, and everything you can think of. We would stay here again with no hesitation!

The hotel was located near the train station and local bars and restaurants. However, it was not noisy at all. The rooms were nice and clean and more spacious than I thought. What stood out the most was the staff. Very friendly and accommodating.

The Key Premier Hotel is nice place. I found the staff to be super friendly and welcoming. It is conveniently located just a short walk from Sukhumvit Rd and the Nana BTS station. It is close enough that walking is not a problem but far enough away that you do not hear any of the noise from the local nightlife. I found the bed extremely comfortable. I fact it was one of the best hotel mattresses I have found including some very high end hotels I have stayed in. The breakfast was delicious with eggs/omelettes to order and a variety of local dishes. Over all I found this hotel to be a 5 star experience at a 3 star price. You cannot go wrong should you choose to stay at the Key Premier Hotel in Bangkok

The Key was in a good location with the BTS train just at the bottom of the street. The room was clean, only thing was we couldn't get the TV to work with Netflix or other apps, the rooftop pool was nice and not many guests around. I would stay again as the value for the room was great.

The pool area is nice. However, the smoking area is at the pool, and this is very bad for non smokers. Unfortunately many chairs at the pool need to be repaired since we couldn’t change the setting. In the bedroom, there is only one chair and there is not enough drawers. The bed was comfortable and the bedroom very clean.

Not sure it worth the money!

Nothing like the pictures and it is very noisy during the night. We had maintenance carried out around 3am on the above floor, couldn't believe it someone do that in a hotel at 3am!
