Horrible experience!

first they couldn't find my reservation, they finally they gave me a room but there was no electricity, so I had to move to another room with two beds. There were cockroaches everywhere! No elevator, breakfast was very limited. The next day they moved me again. Don't think I ever coming back there

Okay if just looking for a clean bed.

This is a great area near shopping ,restaurants and stree vendors. Patpong night market is a five minute walk down the same street , and ten minutes to the pier. The room was spacious but on the tired side. Would not take much to make it better. Had a lot of trouble with Internet falling out but it did work well in the lobby. Porter tried hard to fix . Ask Male desk staff if you need anything,they were very helpful. Breakfast was poor. Okay hotel if you are just looking for a clean bed . We travel to Thailand often and you get what you pay for.

travelling to bangkok since 1993 found the best hotel so far around silom area very comfortable location friendly staff and very reasonable roomrents stayed there for six nights and going to repeat it again for sure on my next trip

Large rooms

Rooms are large, quiet and clean. High ceilings. Lots of places to see hang around near hotel but we stayed two nights and a full day, so we spent our time visiting siam and temples. Breakfast could be better

Good location

Good location with easy access to local shops and restaurants. They did try to charge the cost of the room again to check in 1.5 hours early but did store our luggage for that time free of charge. Decor a bit dated but room was very clean. Breakfast not too inspiring. 10 minutes walk from the sky train which is cheap and easy to use.

Great Location But The Room Is Quite Run Down

Stayed here for 5 nights. They practise to charge full 5 room nights at the point of check in (which is strange) and they clearly stated that no refund allow stick on the desk. Upon entering the room we noticed that there are holes on the ceiling, mold behind bathtubs (etc), we can hear very clearly coming from the room next to mine. On top of all the comments, I must say that their hotel staffs are all very friendly and professional. Unfortunately that I will not return back to the hotel.

Stayed 2 nights in this bedbugs hotel - the first room does not have a working air conditioner to cool the room when is extremly hot outside with high humidity. The bed and the sheet is dirty, the chain is broken and the shower don't work. Hotel moved me to a different room but the problems is the same except the A/C works in this room.

Smooth stay in bangkok...

our first trip to the country of thailand was really very pleasant and memorable. Particularly the stay and the location of the hotel. We could easily get a taxi or a tuk-tuk right in front of the hotel. 7-11 right opposite the hotel. thai restaurants, starbucks within the hotel premises. Staff and the house cleaning were very polite and helpful. Safety was not at all an issue. We could get anything we wanted without walking any further. overall a very pleasant and a comfortable stay.

Second Time Unlucky

I had stayed here a week previously and was impressed (lucky) as I was greeted by a English speaking relaxed receptionist who tried to please me in every way. My second stay was an altogether different experience. The previously working internet was of-line for my whole 4 day stay. I was put in a shabby room... nothing like the first one ! Pot-Luck - that's what I call it.
