Overall great hotel with fantastic service, the pool/gym area was beautiful and the breakfast included was fresh and tasty. The room itself was clean, loved the aesthetic. It’s a great location if you don’t mind walking 10/15mins to the Emsphere mall / train station. They also have a shuttle service. I never used it myself but I heard it worked well. Keep in mind there is a club downstairs, I stayed over New Year’s Eve so I welcomed the energy and crowd, however after around 11pm you will start to hear the base (I was on the 8th floor and could hear it) from the music and crowds at the reception / entrance of the hotel. Although the crowds are calm with no disturbances from the club guests. Overall I would stay there again.

we loved our stay in this hotel. our room was spacious and very clean. the rooftop pool and lounge area was lovely. the area is very walkable and there’s lots of restaurants nearby. the sky train, shopping centre and cinema is only around a 15 minute walk away and i’d recommend using the train to get to places because traffic is terrible!

My biggest issue was with the odor atomiser was so strong we had throat irritation from it. When we entered the room upon check in, the same spray was used in the room. It was overwhelming. We asked at the front desk to have the cleaning crew stop using in the room when cleaning. Everything else was great.

positive: - Nice spacious room and bathroom - beautiful rooftop pool - we used the room service twice and the food was really nice - the staff was nice and helpful whenever we asked for anything Could be better: - The hotel is an 18 min. walk from the BTS station which is okay, but can be a bit tiring due to the heat. Other nearby hotels offered free tuk tuk shuttles to the station - the bed was very hard (however, after we asked about it, the staff gave us a mattress topper which made it a lot better) - The water in the shower comes out very close to the wall and is therefore difficult to use for tall people as you have to move around the tap to reach it and cannot adjust the position) - When we checked in the receptionist explained that the second pool is exclusive for people staying in the Thai villas and that we (in the corner wing) can't even go to the area to see it which was disappointing as I did not see this information mentioned on the website when we booked the hotel and we specifically picked it because of the pictures we saw online of the 2 beautiful pools

The staff was unfriendly and unwelcoming throughout our stay. The property is listed as “The Davis Hotel,” but upon arrival we discovered that the room we booked was actually in a completely different building called Corner Wing, which was not clearly communicated. I only realized this after rechecking the booking details, where “Corner Wing” is mentioned next to the room type—something that can easily be missed. Breakfast was disappointing, as there were no vegetarian options available on either day of our stay. While the rooms themselves are spacious and well-maintained, the lack of a bidet at this price point was surprising. Overall, considering the service and amenities, I would recommend looking for a different hotel in the same price range if possible.
