No tea coffee
A little too much when it comes to cost saving: room did not have any tea /coffee/ toothbrush etc. was mentioned to call if needed. While i appreciate not wasting items unnecessary, some basics, like coffee, should stay. We also called 4 times within 3 hours and no one picked up. Shampoo was empty in the shower. Water was provided in glass bottles and staff went upstairs to check them (???), came downstairs and said we were missing a bottle and it would be 30 baht. First of all, nowhere was it written about the charge, second of all, bottles were there - in the garbage bin. We had to go back and find it as staff claimed they checked everywhere. Acting way too cheap.

Great hotel and really nothing missing!
Stay was wonderful and hotel is great. Everything is new and the staff is very helpful. If I had to say one thing I would add is an extra body length mirror in the room; it's minimal but it was definitely something we wanted. Great, quiet location, with a few good restaurants around. Not near any major temples, so requires transportation, but the hotel has a free tuk tuk to the skytrain. Lastly don't recommend the breakfast in the cafe adjacent to the hotel as it's expensive and not that good. Go across the street instead.
