This hotel air-con was set at 25 C permanently, and guest cannot adjust it whether it is too cold or too hot, this is strange. Please consider this fact before booking.

Only with own transport will consider this hotel

Having a 3 days night stay there, there was a difference in room service ie. replenishment of coffee not done on 2nd day. Hotel food pricing are close to 100 baht each. Breakfast was so so. Not much of a selection.

Nice hotel 10 minutes waliknig from MRT

Nice hotel, clean room and I like the bathroom. Breakfast is good. Walking to MRT Thailand Cultural Centre just 10-12 mintes.

Nice hotel but far from the city

Great environment but the surrounding doesn't have much shop to walk about and not many taxi driver know the place.

Bad service standard of concierge

Worst staff attitude at the front desk ever, especially man in coat (believe is the manager). No greetings or smile whenever we walked into the hotel lobby, unlike other hotels, still talk sarcastically.. DO NOT recommend to friends or people viewing this review. Worst guest relationship ever in my several stay in Bangkok hotels. Will definitely not book this hotel AGAIN! The only good thing about this hotel is the nice pool view.

Great Massage service offered near the lobby! The breakfast had a pretty good spread as well. I was expecting a continental breakfast with the usual toast, cereal, and fruit. However, full on Thai food every single morning! Delicious! The location wasn't too bad either, with taxi's being abundant it wasn't hard to get around at all! Totally recommend the Ratchada Night Train Bazaar, it's about a 5-10 min taxi ride from this hotel. Good place overall!

Very roomy

We like the modern room, big space, and good clean design through out the hotel. Staffs were friendly and professional. The bad : Internet was too slow. Parking area in front was a bit congested.

It was good, I booked 6 rooms for 4 nights for a bachelor party and they upgraded some of the rooms that weren't available. All of us had a room each facing the pool and the hotel massage service was good too. Room was clean, room service was good, staff were friendly but if anything that can improve, is the wi-fi and breakfast.

Generally, hotel staff are very rude. Insisted I paid close to double when I check in. After a big quarrel drop to 10% extra per day. Really bad. Similar comments like this by other guests before.

Trendy, clean, cozy, great value!

This time I booked a POOL SIDE room. This is the BEST thing I like about this hotel. I can reach the swimming pool just by walking out of my room ! The room is very trendy, clean and comfortable. In-room refrige. Equipped with both bath tub, and shower head. Bedding is relaxing. Staff is friendly. Dining place is big enough even coping with group tourists in rush hour. The kitchen also provides 24-hour room service with reasonable price. MRT Thailand Culture Center Station, and shopping places, such as "the STREET" are about 1 mile or 15 min by walking. "Siam Niramit" Culture Villiage is just 0.5 mile on the same side of the one-way in front of the hotel.

Hotel is relatively new and cosy. Staffs are friendly. Although not near bts or mrt station u can always ask the staff to help call a taxi. Overall its worthwhile the money.

I would definitely be back to this hotel ! I have spent a great holiday ! My room was a poolside room, and I could access to the pool in no time ! There is one thing that quite impressed me, the cleaniness of the pool area. The pool is surrounded by outdoor furnitures, and I saw the staff are cleaning every of them with scrubs. Besides, the pool is clean and clear, I can swim without my goggles. It is much cleaner than most of the pool of this kind of mid-size hotel in thailand. However, the Chinese travellers would be quite annoying in the lobby, chit-chatting in a disturbing volume, and allowing their children messing around. Sigh.

I got rejected by many taxi drivers because they never heard about this hotel. the room cleanliness is acceptable as i can see few ants at the toilet. be prepared if you choose pool-access room because a bit noisy if there are people play at the pool in the early morning. the breakfast s horrible. not much choice and taste so so

Excellent contemporary hotel.

Our stay was excellent, if you want to be in the centre of everything maybe a little to far for a short stay. But cannot fault it from the moment we arrived we where able to check in early so we could get a well earned sleep. Pool was a good size for swimming to. All staff very pleasant and helpful. One good thing was you could pick up a map as to where the hotel was, the hard thing was finding a taxi driver that could read! But not a real problem. All in all I loved it. We where told on our last day back to the hotel to ask for the Korean Embassy, as it was 100 metres up the road.
