Staff were great , however the hotel itself was in bad condition, looks like it had never been redecorated since it was built , No bar , the AC vents were full of dust and the chairs in the room had stains , for a Ramada hotel it was well below their standards.

The staff were very professional when a group of boys came and started being loud and disrespectful to the staff. The hotel is Very close to platinum mall. Tea coffee water available free of charge.
