Being a regular for this hotel for few years now, can assure you this is not the same hotel anymore. Staff has changed over years for worse and they don’t care if you a regular customer or not. No smiles anymore, no service we use to get here. Probably my last stay here and won’t be returning as there is shortage of hotels within this price range in this area. Rembrandt and Maitria(both next door) are much better with service. So if you value better service, save urself the hassle and choose the other hotels

Overall we had a good 3 nights stay. It’s walkable to restaurants and mall. Hotel staff were very pleasant. We want to give Mr Oui ( concierge) a special shoutout for his excellent costumer service.

Park Plaza Bangkok Soi 18 -Great Stay Again!

This is the third time we have stayed at the Park Plaza due to the cleanliness. and friendliness of the staff. The hotel was undergoing some refurbishment but nothing that impinged on the enjoyment of our stay. future guests will be rewarded for the upgrades made.

I like this hotel for many reasons the staff are absolutely amazing. The accommodations are nice for what you can get in Bangkok for the price. It’s close to all of the fun events, but quiet and a very nice safe road with everything you need to walk to, and a beautiful pool on the rooftop.

Best Boutique Hotel in Bangkok

This is my favorite hotel in Bangkok! Smaller hotel, beautiful rooms and small suites. The staff are all excellent, and right there to assist at anytime. The bell staff are particularly superb, and helpful. Highly recommended!!

I have stayed at Park18 many times, its my “home” when visiting Bangkok. The concierge staff is impeccable. Oui and Antonio and Ying at the front desk are outstanding and make me feel welcome on every visit. The pool and lounge area on the top of the hotel is a nice and very quiet oasis in the city. I’m always happy every time I stay at the Park Plaza.
