Good hotel for the price, very close to Nana station, nice bars and restaurants close by, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious but because of the position of the building there was no natural light. The only thing I didn't like is the transparent (frosted) bathroom door and wall preventing 100% privacy with from my friend.

Quiet room, firm beds with soft pillows. Immaculately clean and everything worked; all fixtures, outlets, appliances, etc. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Central location in the heart of downtown Bangkok. A great choice for anyone!

Overall a very good stay. Area surrounding has good vibes, lovely place. Best part was the room itself. I liked the floor to ceiling mirror and windows. Please note the rooms here do not have a view, the glass is frosted to allow light only: some rooms do not have windows.

The staff are untrained in hospitality. They made us wait about 1 minute at check in and later while they texted on their phone. They do not communicate well. When asked if they had ice they said no just a room. The room has no windows so there is no external light. There is no mini fridge in the room. The TV is quite old and lacks modern functionality.
