Everyone was so friendly and good English at the Check in. 5 minute walk to BTS Nana, and a 2 minute walk to dozens of nice and diverse restaurant or bar options. Would love to stay again.

We had a 3 night stay at Nysa, I would definitely recommend this hotel 100%. It’s close enough to the nightlife, if that’s what you like (we don’t lol). But you can’t hear any noise at all as it’s round the corner from the busy strip. The staff were soo friendly & accommodating. The room was really spacious, modern & super clean. The pool had really cool vibes with a DJ, towels available & plenty of seats. The breakfast was perfect, it had everything you could think of, you could order eggs, it had pastries, waffles, fruit, yogurt, thai cuisine, just everything. The hotel was also really close to a BTS station (Nana station) 10 minute walk back to the hotel, as traffic in the grab taxi can get quite bad. Absolutely perfect stay, if we ever get tge chance to visit Thailand in the future we will definitely stay here again.

Best Hotel in Thailand 🇹🇭✨ This hotel was honestly one of the highlights of my trip. The rooms were spacious, beautifully designed, and spotless. Waking up to tropical views and fresh morning air felt unreal. The staff were the real difference — genuinely kind, attentive, and always ready to help without being pushy. They remembered small details and made everything feel effortless. Breakfast was amazing (the mango was next level), and the pool area was calm and perfect for relaxing. The location was great too — close to everything but still quiet and peaceful. Overall, it didn’t just feel like a place to stay, it felt like home. 10/10 — would come back without thinking twice. 🌴❤️

This property is in top notch condition, and provide top notch room, food, and service. I stayed for 3 nights, and intend to stay again when I come back. That said, no Expedia VIP Access benefits were either mentioned or provided during the stay. Still highly recommended because it is a great hotel.
