During my stay at Nysa Hotel Bangkok, I encountered several issues that detracted from the experience. The check-in process was notably slow, and the staff's demeanor was indifferent. Additionally, amenities like poolside drinks were overpriced, offering poor value for money. The check-out process was also inefficient, requiring extended waiting times for room inspections.​ On a positive note, the room was comfortable, with effective air conditioning. The hotel's location is convenient, close to the vibrant nightlife yet situated in a quieter area.​ Overall, while the hotel's facilities and location are commendable, the subpar service and inflated pricing significantly diminish its appeal. I would rate this establishment as a three-star hotel and recommend that management invest in comprehensive staff training to enhance the guest experience.​

Very friendly staff, but the hotel itself does not offer the facilities we can expect from a 5 star hotel in Bangkok for business travellers : no business corner, only the bar offers sofas but mosquitoes, no mosquito repealant available at reception, no bar or coffee available during nights, water etc etc

Hidden off the main area means quiet but accessible to rail links by walking or short taxi journey including to airport. Great breakfast options. Lovely staff. An oasis of calm

Overall this property was nice, not 5* but a decent 4*. However, a couple of watch outs to be aware of 1. The main pool doesn't get much sun on the sunbeds due to the surrounding buildings. If you go early at 10am, there are probably 3 beds that get sun and this declines over time. 2. It's a good 10-15 minute walk to Sukhumvit from this hotel, and during that walk you'll likely be harassed by people trying to push various substances your way. This unfortunately is the case for any hotel on Soi 11 but worth mentioning.

Location is quiet but a short ride to the busy part costing very little. The staff are super friendly and attentive, The hotel and pool area are immaculate. Breakfast is varied and delicious. Absolutely faultless !

hotel is OK

The Nyso BKK location is inside of the street of Suhomvit 13, too much walking between hotel and Nana station and it does not has pedestrian road access, looks damages, with such hot weather, which is difficulty for tourist.

The hotel was 4- start luxury ; very comfortable bed, a good gym for working out, good breakfast buffet and quiet location on soi 11 but the hotel is just around the corner from the action. All of the staff were polite and helpful . I would stay at NSY again .

A Winner

Brand new hotel, very clean and well laid out. Stayed twice here in the past month and both times were great. Not a huge hotel but excellent facilities. Check in and out were fast and efficient. Excellent breakfast and top notch gym helped make this hotel my new favorite in Bangkok. Shout out to Tutor at reception. He is a great asset and should be offered a management position.
