The room was spotless, quite big and very comfortable. The staff were friendly & helpful, we didn't use the gym/spa or the pool as we had full days planned in Bangkok. I would say the hotel is comparable with a very good premier inn with extra amenities. It's less than a 5 minute walk from Samyam MRT station which makes a great spot for getting around. I would 100% recommend staying here.

The staff was friendly and tried to make our stay as good as possible. There was plenty of food at the breakfast and the quality of the food was great (no issues at all). Apart from that we initially had a very humid room with a slightly moldy smell and had to ask for a relocation. After moving into the new one we were satisfied.

Room, only one english teabag and one white sugar. No decaff coffee. Only one small toilet roll each day. Hair dryer cuts off after a few minutes and you have to wait. Had to ask for an iron. Had to ask twice for the safe to be fixed. Pillow was lumpy. Advertised a lovely valentine theme on Facebook. Nothing in our room. Just for show. Pepsi in fridge but again one normal and one Pepsi max. Restaurant staff not very friendly. No alcohol which wasn't apparent before booking.
