You get what you pay for, it’s clean and the staff is friendly. We only needed to crash for a few outs before our domestic flight. Beds are hard and our AC couldn’t be adjusted or turned off. It was basting cold air.

Lovely little hotel in a quaint back alley. Great tea shop a block away. Good street food on main road two blocks away. Sweet Pista is a great burger joint a short walk away. Nice staff. Fun lilac themed decorations. Close to airport. Cheap. Strong recommend.

Everything was great except for one thing - the noise from the jets leaving the airport literally shook the building, which made it impossible to sleep unfortunately. Suvarnabhumi is a huge airport so silence never lasts long there.

The airport pickup was very well handled. Clear instructions. Helpful staff. They charged a couple bucks but well worth it. Check in was friendly and efficient. Hotel is super cute but basic. Room was clean.

From the outside, and the small Alley you drive down, you wouldn't think this was a Hotel, but do not be put off, very quiet area, 15 minutes to the Airport, extremely reasonable rates and next to the Sam Canal and Temple making for a lovely walk around. Clean decent room, very comfy bed, all the staff were very friendly and helpful. Great little place, especially for an overnight airport run. They run a shuttle bus, 24 hours, every 30 minutes, 150 Baht. Highly recommended.

I arrived really late and only stayed briefly before I headed back to the airport but the staff he’s so friendly and my driver from the airport to the hotel really polite and helpful. The room is clean look like they just done renovation not long ago. I probably stay there again next time. Highly recommend

Very nice staff and service, good for stopover on a budget. Not far from train station either 20 baht on bike or $80 baht by taxi. Siam station about 6 +2 stations away. Good train service. Local eateries limited but very good and 7/11 50 metres away.

The property is excellent but the staff is World Class!! The housekeepers were respectful, thorough and friendly. The airport transportation was on time, safe and pleasant. The owner even allowed us to stay 8 hours past check out due to our flight delays. I highly recommend this place and will absolutely return with my family!!! 5 Stars! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Same positive experience on another return visit to Lilac Relax. It's my go-to Bangkok airport hotel. Clean, comfortable, and affordable rooms. Friendly service. Efficient airport pick up and drop off. Even free snacks in the room. The neighborhood isn't much, but there is a 7-11 nearby and a lovely local pizza joint called Pizza Homemade just up the lane.
