The property does not look anything at all like the pictures. The images on Expedia are from when the Hotel was built and do not represent in any way or form the current state of the property which is now run down and seems to not have been maintained in years. The staff (women) are friendly and helpful but I cannot say the same for the males working there since they are not welcoming at all and will completely ignore a good day or Good afternoon.. I wish I could post some of the pictures I took which include yellow sweat and body fluid stains on the pillows, black mold around the entire bathroom, broken toilet and toilet paper dispenser among others....For health and safety reasons PLEASE AVOID YOUR STAY HERE....

This was the second time I stayed here, Large spacious rooms. The staff very nice. The rooms very clean. Quiet. At the end of a soi. Good exercise walking to the main street. A tuk-tuk is provided free by the hotel. The water pressure is better on the lower floors. It's an older hotel, it has good security. Decent price for budget minded travelers. The pool is shaded by next door 50 story buildings. I walked every day to Sukhumvit Road and nearby BTS & MRT (sky train & underground)

It was nice and quiet at the end of a soi. I found it very clean and the staff was very nice. It's a bit of a walk to the main steet, but there was a free tuk tuk. Only the hot water was a problem. Very short periods at a time. The pool on the roof is shaded by tall buildings. Very nice and pleasant staff.

The hotel is located in a really good position, close to restaurants, bars and shops and only a short walk away from the BTS. I stayed in a deluxe room which was very spacious and had quite a large balcony. Bed was very comfortable but the aircon was always too cold and could not be adjusted. Bathroom looked ok but I didn’t get any hot water during my stay. Room did luck a bit in cleanness. It offers a safe a a good size fridge. It was ok to stay for only a couple of nights but I have stayed in better hotels around the area for the same price so I don’t think I will rush back to this hotel.

Intermittent hot water and uncleaned bed sheets

The hot water was not working for the shower and when I asked the staff at the hotel, she replied me that it is normal for the hot water to be irregular. Bed sheets were also unchanged even after the housekeeping team had came in. Water flow for the shower was also irregular, where it suddenly lessen and then go back to normal.

My stay at Icheckinn

This residence is located right in the heart of the tourist district of Bangkok. Easy walking distance to the restraints and night life. Overall a reasonable priced hotel with friendly staff, would recommend to other Expedia clients.

Nice hotel for the budget Traveller.

I stayed at this hotel for one night as a standby hotel. I was surprised and pleased with the staff and how clean the room was. I will definitely stay at this hotel in future as a standby for my regular hotel.
