the hotel was everything you could want and more; incredibly clean and spacious, with all the amenities you would want including toiletries, towels, hairdryer, iron + board. but to be honest, what elevated our stay was the staff going above and beyond; they upgraded our room which was so nice in and of itself, but also when we left behind some items of high sentimental value to us, they coordinated with me how to get my items back. the staff are so friendly and willing to help, which really adds to how welcome we felt here. thank you for the stay at your hotel, and especially to the incredible staff you have.

The front desk staff were friendly, room was spacious and clean, and free water was provided. Wifi worked well, water pressure and temperature were good, and AC also worked well.
