Overall the hotel is perfect on cleanliness and warm service by staffs. As we reach able to check in room immediately without need to wait long. Location need to walk at least 10mins to train with choices of MRT and BTS Asoke. The location is happening during night time especially at night when walk back from train station to hotel area as nearby red district. The buffet choices are limited with not much choices compare to other 4stars hotel.

Nice hotel. Great bed. Breakfast was good but both days most things were lukewarm at best. When I checked out I needed a taxi to go to Centerworld Mall. The Bellboy told me to wait inside while he went to look for a taxi for me. When he came back he told me it was 200 Bath. I told him absolutely not because I paid 650 (plus Toll) from the Airport. Why would he tell me a price when Taxi’s in Bangkok have a meter? I found it extremely fishy. In the end he went outside with me and we grabbed another Taxi which used his meter. I paid 65 Bath to Centerworld.

The governor restaurant was horrible. I wanted dinner. Not loud music. Meals being served 15 minutes apart. We should have received our food together. The manager in the restaurant is an idiot. What’s the theme there?

Housekeeping team might not be up to Hilton standards, placed signage for make up room for first day but room was not made. Second day morning put up same sinage and left early in the morning and came back around 11am but room is not made again. But glad that there was an upgrade of room, room was big and comfortable.

I found the staff to be amazing but the room was not great. There was a huge stain on the chair and the airconditioning was stuck at one temp, even after the visit from maintenance. Generally I found the hotel to be in need of some upkeep as even the carpet on my floor had stains. My room faced the main road and was very noisy, the windows require some noise proofing.
